Acting as a technical expert within the team, you will provide hands-on support across all paint processes, including preparation, degreasing, adhesion promoter application, tacking off, spraying, rectification and final quality confirmation. |

| This role will be responsible for the development and maintenance of data infrastructure that supports the centralisation of KPIs, creation of clear reporting pathways, and alignment of data across the department as directed by the Quality & Systems Business Planning Manager. The role will lead the design and implementation of systems and tools that connect fragmented data into one cohesive source of truth, supporting transparency, governance, and performance management.
This role holder will work closely with the IT team to follow the agreed ways of working and collaborate on the use of data sets. IT remain the data custodians and the Quality team will translate the data for use by the business. |
