The APAC Regional Team is responsible for the management and delivery of all Sales, Marketing and Aftersales and Network activity within the APAC & Greater China Region in collaboration with the Retail Network. This includes the delivering on Customer experience, AML strategic and operational business plans and objectives as well as supporting dealer profitability.
The suitable candidate for this role must have a thorough understanding of the Automotive retail business and a strong business acumen, including but not limited to strategic network planning, quantitative and qualitative improvement, financial planning and controls. Operational process management, commercial legalities, construction and project management. The successful candidate will support the ongoing delivery of the network strategy whilst also focusing upon delivering a direct improvement in network intelligence.
The ideal candidate will become part of a dynamic team, reporting directly to the Head of Network Development, working directly with Aston Martin’s wider commercial functions and also directly interfacing with the Dealer Networks Management Teams. The candidate will be expected to effectively manage multiple deadlines and should be adaptable, motivated and a proactive self-starter with a keen eye for detail. Robust IT skills, both written and data analysis, are essential. |
