Department overview 

The Commercial Aftersales department leads and manages all commercial activities and programs across AML Aftersales including parts and accessories financial performance, global client services support, commercial training and ownership experience programmes.

 

Job Purpose

The role holder will act as the main creator of digital content, manage the creation of digital content via third party suppliers and manage the administration of Kallidus Learning Management System (LMS).

 

Key duties and responsibilities 

  • Lead the end-to-end management of the LMS platform, partnering with external provider Kallidus and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless operations. Core activities include user management, reporting, and the upload and deployment of e-learning modules, video assets, and course content.
  • Design and develop engaging digital learning content using tools such as Articulate and Synthesia, while also managing third-party vendors to scale content production effectively.
  • Plan and oversee training development projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining exceptional quality standards consistent with a premium brand experience.
  • Support the Commercial Training Manager in the execution of both tactical and strategic initiatives, including the creation of project plans, progress updates, Gantt charts, and executive presentations.
  • Administer and optimize third-party training applications, including learner enrolment, content deployment, and performance tracking, ensuring a smooth and effective user experience.
  • Produce and analyze LMS compliance and performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, providing insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support across the wider Aftersales function as required.

 

Experience and qualifications

Essential experience

  • Highly organized, driven individual with a proactive approach to problems.

  • Proven ability to communicate highly effectively and concisely with stakeholders.
  • Methodical with high level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Solution orientated and tenacious in the face of a challenge.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work to tight deadlines.
  • Comprehensive IT skills:
    • Microsoft suite of products: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
    • Content development platforms: Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate etc.

Preferred experience

  • AM Systems (Salesforce, INFOR LN, Tableau, BI Systems).
  • Working with data and extracting key information to build reports in BI systems.
  • Experience in leading technologies with learning and development.
  • Adobe suite: InDesign, Photoshop.
  • Experience of using AI powered solutions within a learning environment.

Essential Education/ Qualifications

Level 1 Qualifications including Mathematics and English as a minimum.

Preferred Education/ Qualifications

  • Higher level education is desired but not essential.
  • Adult learning qualifications: CIPD, PETLLS, CTLLS, Cert ED.
  • Equivalent relevant experience considered in lieu of formal qualifications.

Additional Information

Occasional requirement to help set up face-to-face events and training activities which involves loading and unloading vehicles, lifting up to HSE reference values (Men: Up to 25kg, Women: Up to 16kg.
