Working closely with the Commercial Operations Director and CCO, your decisions will directly impact our global retail presence and performance, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and brand values.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Network Strategy & Growth

  • Define and lead the implementation of Aston Martin’s global network strategy to support commercial growth and elevate brand representation.

  • Oversee global retail footprint planning, ensuring optimal market coverage, network capacity, and alignment with long-term commercial goals.

  • Guide regional network strategies to ensure consistency with global direction, identifying and acting on opportunities for expansion or consolidation.

  • Establish and govern Aston Martin Dealer Operating Standards and Corporate Identity guidelines; drive consistent adoption across all markets.

  • Influence regional decision-making to ensure actions reflect global priorities while addressing local market needs.

Performance Management

  • Champion dealer performance excellence by deploying clear KPIs, scorecards, and structured improvement programmes.

  • Lead initiatives to strengthen dealer and network financial health and enhance the attractiveness of the Aston Martin franchise.

  • Deploy targeted action plans for underperforming partners or markets, ensuring strategic alignment and commercial outcomes.

Retail Design & Corporate Identity (CI) Leadership

  • Lead the global retail design roadmap, driving consistency and elevation of Aston Martin’s physical brand presence.

  • Oversee the application of CI standards across new and existing dealerships, ensuring high-impact, premium brand representation.

  • Drive the integration of digital solutions within the retail environment to standardise and amplify brand messaging and customer experience.

Partner Management

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of network partner relationships, including selection, onboarding, contract renewal, and exit processes.

  • Ensure robust, transparent communication with the global dealer network to maintain compliance and alignment with Dealer Agreements.

Network Intelligence & Governance

  • Design and deliver a commercial reporting framework that enables early visibility of risks and opportunities across the global network.

  • Provide proactive insight and reporting on network performance and development to inform decision-making at Executive and Board level.

  • Collaborate with Commercial leaders to shape data-led recommendations for the Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial Operations Director.

Essential Experience:

  • Extensive experience in automotive retail (ultra-luxury preferred).

  • Proven leadership in developing and executing global network strategies.

  • Extensive experience managing high-level dealer relationships and driving performance.

  • Deep understanding of franchising, network planning and regional market dynamics.

  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with analytical and business planning skills.

  • Experience managing teams across various grades and cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience within ultra-luxury goods or premium retail environments.

  • Experience in real estate project management, construction or dealership renovations.

Education:

  • Degree-educated or extensive experience within the automotive industry.

  • A business-related degree is desirable.

Key Skills & Behaviours:
