We’re looking for a Technician- Modern Service to join our expert workshop team and help deliver the exceptional standards our customers expect. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the world’s most desirable performance cars while developing your technical expertise in an environment renowned for quality, precision and excellence.
Working within Aston Martin Works Service, you’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing and repairing modern Aston Martin vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards. From routine maintenance and vehicle health checks through to fault diagnosis and more complex repairs, you’ll be trusted to deliver right-first-time results while maintaining an uncompromising focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Using advanced diagnostic equipment, technical information systems and workshop processes, you’ll identify faults, recommend appropriate repairs and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standard. You’ll also prepare vehicles for customer handover, inspections, road testing and quality checks, ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop in exceptional condition.
Attention to detail is fundamental to success in this role. You’ll maintain accurate job records, inspection reports and warranty documentation while adhering to all workshop, quality, environmental and health and safety procedures. Working on high-value vehicles demands professionalism, care and pride in your workmanship.
You’ll become part of a highly skilled and collaborative team, working closely with Service Reception Engineers, Parts, Quality and Workshop colleagues to deliver outstanding results. You’ll also have opportunities to share knowledge, support apprentices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen workshop performance and customer experience.
We’re looking for an experienced vehicle technician with a strong technical background gained within a franchised dealer, specialist repairer or premium automotive environment. You’ll have proven experience carrying out servicing, diagnostics, repairs and quality inspections, alongside recognised automotive qualifications at Level 3 or above.
Experience working with luxury, prestige or high-performance vehicles would be beneficial, but most importantly, you’ll have a passion for technical excellence and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of workmanship. Manufacturer training, diagnostic accreditation or additional specialist automotive qualifications would be advantageous.
You’ll combine strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with excellent attention to detail, a customer-focused mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Organised, professional and proactive, you’ll take pride in doing things properly and continuously seek opportunities to develop your skills.
