The Parts Department at Aston Martin Works plays a vital role in delivering that promise, supplying genuine Aston Martin parts and accessories while supporting our Service, Retail Sales and Customer Care teams.
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Parts Assistant to join our close-knit and dynamic team. Working alongside our Parts Manager, Parts Advisors and Parts Coordinators, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the department, helping to maintain the availability and movement of parts that keep our customers and technicians supported.
This is a varied and fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for managing parts inventory, coordinating the ordering, receipt and distribution of components, and supporting the refurbishment process to ensure key timelines are achieved. You will monitor supplier orders and lead times, process returns and credits, and ensure all enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently. You will also contribute to the growth of the department through support of e-commerce and marketing activities, helping to enhance customer engagement and drive commercial performance.
Working closely with workshop technicians, you will provide expert parts support and guidance, ensuring the right components are available at the right time. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be critical in maintaining stock integrity and delivering the exceptional levels of service expected from Aston Martin.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a proactive approach and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities within a busy environment and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience using dealer management systems to manage stock and inventory would be advantageous, particularly familiarity with Keyloop DMS, although training can be provided for the right individual.
