Department Overview:
The regional Sales Operations Department is the “key stone” for all regional sales related analysis, reports and communication to the wider regional management team. It is also one of the main communication channels back into the HQ and with this it is managing the flow of important information both inside and outside of the region.
Job Purpose:
The purpose and role is being a vital part of the EU Sales Operations Team in conducting data-driven analysis, create and maintain sales operation tools as well as regular reports in order to proactively support steering the regional Sales Team. Over and above carrying out daily sales operation tasks aim is to also play a driving force in further developing regional operation tools and with this optimizing the regional operations efficiency.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Build up and maintain Daily Operating Controls that support the management team getting an understanding of current commercial situation and support all sales operations and planning activities:
- Regional retail and wholesale activities
- Dealer target setting and tracking
- Dealer performances related to VM and operating standards
- Dealer Wholesale funding plans
- Dealer stock analysis and forward planning
- Dealer demo activities
- Order intakes
- Regional order calls
- Special sales activities
- Variable Marketing Expenditures
Be a vital part of the Sales Operations Team in compiling sales-related parts of presentations and reports for internal and external meetings.
Develop strong relationships especially with:
- Regional Operations Managers
- HQ Sales Operations Teams
- Dealer Partner Sales Managers / Business Managers
Experience and Qualifications:
Essential:
- Higher degree or substantial equivalent experience.
- Strong experience conducting data analysis and compiling results to “management-friendly” formats
- Strong experience in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Experience coping with fast-paced and culturally diverse working environments
Preferred:
- Experience in automotive industry
- Previous experience of working within Manufacturer / Importer
- Experience in Sales Operations
- An understanding of Automotive Retail operations

- Very strong analytical skills and mindset
- Ability to use IT to a high level of competence
- Have a structured and innovative approach to problem solving

- Excellent English skills
- 3 days per week on-site presence in the office required
