To excel in this role, you'll need to be a problem solver and have the courage to face unique challenges. This role requires a trustworthy individual and a team player. For this role, we're keen to bring in someone who is a people person. This role would suit somebody who is resilient and can face difficult situations head-on.

Leading a team of technicians, you'll be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction. Your remit is to provide unique fixes to problems and support servicing activities.

As our next Aftersales Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting Valkyrie Aftersales Manager to provide customers with technical advice and solutions.  The engineer will also be responsible for assisting in the creation of processes and procedures to manage Valkyries in the field.  Joining Aston Martin, you'll be part of a business with 110 years of brand history.

The Key Requirements...

  • Experience – ideally you will come from a high-level motorsport or high performance vehicle background.
  • You will be comfortable traveling regularly
  • You will be confident in talking to customers at all levels
  • Most importantly, you’ll be a  strong problem solver and find unique fixes to problems
  • Enjoy working in a tight knit high performing team

As an Aftersales Lead Engineer, you will be a team player and resilient.  There can be some really difficult days where you are facing many challenges and you need to be able to pull through.  You will be a trustworthy. Passion for the brand and product is really important to the team and we would love for someone to enjoy hypercars like we do. Your remit would be to deal with customers day to day, work on the vehicles and find fixes, whilst ensuring customer satisfaction is prioritised.

You're not the type to be disinterested in unique challenges.
