| The Head of PLM Programme is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the PLM transformation, implementing Siemens Teamcenter as Aston Martin’s enterprise PLM platform.
This role provides single-point accountability for programme strategy, governance, delivery, and value realisation across IBCM 1.0 and IBCM 1.1, ensuring an integrated BOM and Change Management capability that reduces manual data transfers and establishes a single version of the truth feeding downstream systems (including ERP).
IBCM (Integrated BOM and Change Management) is focused on moving core BOM management and ways of working from legacy systems/processes into Teamcenter, creating an integrated BOM definition and connecting Engineering Change directly to impacted parts and data. |

This role is essential in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of IT solutions that support critical business functions, including customer relationship management (CRM), sales processes, and digital transformation initiatives. The Quality Engineer will be instrumental in defining and implementing testing approaches for assigned systems, co ordinating testing activities with internal teams and third party suppliers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product owners, to ensure that all solutions are thoroughly tested and aligned with the company’s objectives of innovation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. |
