| We are seeking a Warehouse Group Leader with strong leadership capability, motivation, and attention to detail to join our Warehouse and Logistics department.
As one of three Operational Group Leads reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of one of our core operational areas:
1. Goods Receipting
2. Put-away and Picking
3. Dispatch
In this role you will lead and coordinate a team of up to 10 warehouse operatives to ensure the accurate receipt of goods, safe and accessible storage, and the efficient dispatch of Aston Martin parts, accessories, and related products.
You will provide operational support by resolving issues escalated from the warehouse floor and responding to queries from our Dealer Support team. Through effective leadership and process oversight, you will contribute to improving the efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance of warehouse operations. |

• Ensure problem resolution processes that focus on resolving issues as close to the team level as possible.
• To co-ordinate and enable team activities engaged in the immediate area of responsibility, in accordance with laid down schedule requirements and all company standards/processes, (Quality, ISO 9000, Environmental, and H&S).
• Ensure effective team working by efficient use of labour/resource.
